It’s easy!  To browse our menu and place a delivery order, simply click the button above (or click here) to view our delivery menu on Grubhub, then place your order.

What if I don’t receive an order confirmation email?2019-05-31T13:20:30+00:00

Check your spam folder—it’s possible your order confirmation wound up there. Keep in mind, it may take a few minutes for us to receive your order from Grubhub and confirm it. If you have not received a confirmation email within 20 minutes of placing your order, please contact Grubhub’s Customer Care by clicking here or give them a call at (877) 585-1085.

No … we do not have a minimum order amount for you to be able to have Chilly Jilly’z delivered to your doorstep!

If you’re logged in, you’ll see the status of your order on the Grubhub homepage under “Your orders”. To locate your order, click “Track your order” from your confirmation email or Grubhub’s contact page.

Can I save special delivery instructions to my address?2019-05-31T13:24:21+00:00

Yes! For example, you can leave instructions to have our delivery person call you upon arrival. When checking out on Grubhub, you’ll have the option to save any delivery instructions for that address, and if you need to make edits, you’ll have a chance to do so on the checkout screen. If you submit your order without special instructions, but would like to add them later, you can call us directly. If you need additional help, please contact Grubhub’s Customer Care by clicking here or give them a call at (877) 585-1085.

How do I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?2019-05-31T13:26:38+00:00

To cancel a Grubhub delivery order, please call Grubhub’s Customer Care team at (877) 585-1085 or chat with them by clicking here. Make sure to contact them right away, as we will not be able to cancel the order once we have made your food. If you scheduled an order for a future date, you can cancel it or make changes until four hours before the delivery time. To cancel or update a future order, click the “View details” link on the Orders page of Grubhub’s site or the “View order details” button in your order confirmation email. Once the order has been cancelled, you’ll get another confirmation email.

You can find your current and past orders – and reorder what you love with just a few clicks – by clicking on the “Orders” icon on the Grubhub site or mobile app.  Of course, you’ll get the chance to edit your order before checking out.

How do I find receipts?2019-05-31T13:28:39+00:00

You have two options. Recent orders will show on the Grubhub website/app once you’ve signed into Grubhub. You can visit “Past Orders” and click on the “View Receipt” link under the order. Alternatively, your confirmation email can serve as a receipt. Keep in mind, if adjustments were made to your order, the receipt won’t reflect the updated amount, so please contact Grubhub’s Customer Care by clicking here or give them a call at (877) 585-1085 to request an updated receipt.
